Take a Breath

We need to parent our children the way we wanted to be parented as children. So when challenged with crayon drawings all over the wall, or another plant pulled out of the ground in the name of gardening, take a breath before you react, and choose how you want to act in this situation and who you want to be.... Of course, easier said than done in the heat of the moment! x Mama
